1) What does "Final Sale" mean?
Items marked “Final Sale” indicates that the item cannot be returned or exchanged. If the item is returned, no refund or credit will be issued.
2) When will you be getting "Out of Stock" items back in stock?
If there is an item you want that is currently out of stock, simply email us at email@example.com and include the style name and we will do our best to get it for you.
3) Where do you source your jewelry and products?
We source and import our products from all over the world. In this way, we are able to bring you the greatest variety of amazing products! We also love to work with individual designers whenever we find items that are HOTTT!
4) Can I use more than one coupon per order?
Coupon codes cannot be combined. Only one coupon code can be used per order.
5) How do I get the HOTTT.COM Newsletter?

6) What is your return and exchange policy?
We gladly accept returns within 30 days of the shipping date on items with all tags and packaging intact and an original invoice. Please click here for details.
7) What does "Pending" mean in my order status?
A “Pending” status means that we have received your order and are in the midst of processing it. Once the item leaves our center we will email you a tracking number and your order status will be changed to “Shipped”.
8) When will my order ship?
Most of our items are in stock and will ship quickly. If you choose the Flat Rate shipping option, your order will ship within 3 business days and arrive no later than the 9th business day after the order was placed.

9) How do I track my order's status?
You will receive e-mails from us regarding updates on your order.
10) How come the prices are different than what I saw last time?
We happily honor a one-time price adjustment on full-priced items within 7 days of the purchase date. Price adjustments are not valid on limited-time promotions, gift with purchase or discount code offers. To receive your price adjustment, simply email us at email@example.com within the 7-day window and include your order number. If your purchase qualifies, we will gladly refund the difference to you in the same form that you originally paid.
